Your commission

Your agreed rate is shown in your studio and saved on each referred order. The commission basis is the amount paid, including tax and upsells. The last eligible creator link in the same browser within 30 days receives credit. Cross-device or blocked-cookie purchases may not be attributed. There is no guaranteed income, joining fee or recruitment commission.

Eligibility and review

Only genuine, verified paid orders qualify. Cancelled, refunded, returned, duplicate, fabricated, self-referred or fraudulent orders do not qualify. Do not use bots, misleading claims, stolen payment methods, unauthorized advertising or coupon distribution. Suspected orders may be placed on hold for investigation. We will provide a reason and an opportunity to supply evidence through info@thefoilcover.com. Suspicion alone is not a final fraud finding.

Payment and reversals

Commissions are held until 30 days after recorded delivery and remain subject to refund and fraud review. Payments are manually reviewed and approved; automatic transfers are disabled. No fixed bank arrival date is promised. Reversals after payout are recorded and reviewed for recovery or an agreed offset, not silently erased. Earned valid commissions are not removed merely because your program participation ends.

Content and disclosure

Disclose commissions and gifted products clearly as advertising or a material connection. Use truthful product demonstrations and only substantiated claims. You retain your content rights; advertising usage rights and paid deliverables require a separate agreement. A gift alone does not oblige you to post.

Fair participation

We may pause new referrals or end participation for documented abuse. Rate changes apply prospectively, not to already recorded orders. Contact info@thefoilcover.com to dispute a decision or request your statement. These terms do not waive applicable statutory rights.
